As a graduate of the Master's program in Italian Philology at the Faculty of Classical and Modern Philology of Sofia University, I express my deep gratitude to the academic community, which provided me not only with solid preparation, but also with inspiration and confidence for long-term professional development.
The training I received was extremely well structured, combining classical philological traditions with current and innovative teaching methods. The course covered both language and linguistic disciplines, as well as a rich literary, cultural and historical program, which allows students to understand the Italian language not simply as a means of communication, but as a bearer of values, identity and cultural dialogue.
The lecturers are distinguished by their high qualifications, academic dedication and personal commitment to the development of each student. The atmosphere at the faculty is stimulating and motivating, encouraging critical thinking, research interest and creativity.
It was particularly important to me that the training prepares not only philologists, but also future leaders in the field of education. The knowledge and skills acquired in the program were directly applicable in my professional development – not only as an Italian language teacher, but also as a director of a school teaching foreign languages. My academic background helped me to develop strategic thinking, confidence in public communication and the ability to lead a team in a dynamic educational environment.
The combination of tradition and modernity, of training and practice, makes the Faculty of Classical and Modern Philology one of the most valuable educational institutions in the country.
I highly recommend the faculty’s programs to all who are looking for not just an academic qualification, but a meaningful and inspiring investment in their personal and professional development.
