I am Teodora Todorova Katova, a Latin teacher.

I obtained my bachelor's degree in Classical Philology in the period 2017-2021. During this training, I took a course in Didactics and Pedagogical Practice in the academic year 2020-2021. The Didactics training gave me excellent preparation for my future profession as a Latin teacher, guiding me towards methods, techniques and approaches that would make the teaching activity as beneficial as possible for me and my students. The didactic practice managed to strengthen my desire to be a teacher and to pass on my knowledge to the future generation. It also prepared me for the difficulties that may arise in a given teaching situation, along with the Didactics training.

During the period 2021-2023 - Latin language teacher at the Medical University of Plovdiv.

Since 2022, I have been teaching Latin as an optional subject for 9th graders and at an interest club for 10th graders at the "St. Cyril and Methodius" Secondary School for the Humanities in Plovdiv.

During the 2024-2025 school year, I teach Latin as an elective subject to 8th and 11th graders at the Private Specialized Secondary School "Classic" in the city of Plovdiv.
